Carbon Cap and Trade

There is a very interesting article in the current New York Times Magazine profiling Jim Rogers, the chief executive of the electric company Duke Energy. Surprisingly, he has long been an advocate of establishing a carbon cap and trade system, something the United States will likely implement in the next year or so.
